Geoff has spent the majority of his career assisting cities with defining and illustrating a vision for their future, creating the tools necessary to guide redevelopment, and to design built works that build value overtime. His body of work includes comprehensive urban redevelopment plans and strategies, design guidelines and ordinances, and built works of town centers, streetscapes, riverfronts, and parks for small to mid-sized cities.
