Hidden Lakes, Golden Valley Minnesota

 Bordered by Sweeney and Twin Lakes in Golden Valley and Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis, the site represents a rare combination of superior natural features and an exceptional location. This 65-acre site housed Golden Valley Health Center for several years. The Hidden Lakes Planned Unit Development represents major departure from past institutional uses by providing a mixed residential development worthy of this valuable and unique site. Project planning took approximately two years, the successful result represents  a collaboration between the Hidden Lakes development staff, team of professional consultants, city staff and numerous state, regional and federal agency representatives. While with DSU, Geoff Martin served as the lead designer and manager for the site amenity package.
